I retaliate to number 3, Stable change because expressing our feelings and emotions is an essential part of being human and having a voice. Venting, or sharing our thoughts and feelings with others, is an effective way of understanding our emotions and finding out what people truly think when it comes to the freedom to say what you want. The ability to express ourselves openly is a fundamental right to our society and without it, our democracy and society would suffer. We should also recognize that venting is not a solution to our problems. It's important to seek other ways to address our issues and work toward change. But at the moment, when we're feeling some type of way, venting can be a powerful tool to help us express our emotions and regain a sense of control.

Another one I relate to is number 4, Individual Self-Fulfillment because I think that a big benefit of free speech is that it allows people to express themselves and let people know who they really are as people. By being able to freely express their thoughts and beliefs, people can find a personal identity that shows their values and experiences. This allows people to find meaning in the way they talk and express their opinions, and to connect with others who share similar views. This is important for people who may feel excluded from the rest of the world. Through free speech, they can connect with others who share their views as I said before. I should be able to do things that make me happy and help me grow as a person. I should be able to express myself in different ways, like being creative or thinking critically about things  By doing all these things, I can become more confident and feel better about myself, which can help me do better in school and in my relationships with others as well as every aspect of life.

Promoting innovation can have a significant impact on a person's life by providing
new opportunities for personal and professional growth. According to legal scholar Jack Balkin, promoting innovation is a crucial aspect of "living originalism," which involves interpreting the Constitution in light of contemporary values and needs.

Basically, when we talk about promoting innovation, we mean we should try new things and come up with new ways to solve problems. This can help us create cool new things like products or jobs in new areas that we haven't even thought of yet. Communication is a huge part of this because you need to be able to communicate and network with people in order to make innovation happen. Nothing is done that changes the world is done alone, always remember that and realize that communication is one of the best skills you can have.

Privacy is a fundamental human right that allows people to maintain control over their personal information, thoughts, and feelings. However, the increase in digital technologies and social media platforms has brought privacy concerns to light. Prompting me to question how my personal information is being collected, used, and shared. Personally, privacy affects me in a number of ways. For example, I feel uncomfortable with the idea of my online activity being tracked or my personal information being sold to third parties without my consent. I may also worry about the potential for cyberbullying or other forms of harassment and abuse like what was said in the video about the porn website being uploaded of her.

Governments should be enforcing privacy laws and regulations. These laws should establish clear rules for how personal data can be collected, used, and shared, and provide people with meaningful control over their personal information. Governments should also establish strong penalties for violations of these laws, in order to stop companies and third parties from doing abusive or illegal practices.

To help protect ourselves and our privacy we can start to Use strong passwords and Different forms of authentication. This is one of the easiest ways to protect our online presents and this helps prevent unauthorized access to our accounts and personal information. We should also be cautious about sharing personal information online, especially on social media platforms. We should avoid sharing sensitive information like our address, phone number, or anything else that should be kept private.

Another thing we can do is use privacy-enhancing technology such as VPNs so companies can not track exactly what we are doing and from where. VPN is a good encryption tool to help lock down your personal information.

Supreme Court Video

The Supreme Court is the highest court in the United States, established by the Constitution. The court consists of nine justices who are appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate. The Supreme Court has the power to interpret the Constitution and to strike down laws that violate it.

One important takeaway point that I got about the Supreme Court is its role in the system of checks and balances. The court serves as a check on the power of the other branches of government by reviewing and maybe invalidating their actions. The Supreme Court also plays a crucial role in shaping the law in the United States.

One surprising thing about the Supreme Court to me would definitely is the diversity of its justices. While the court has historically been dominated by white males, in recent years, there have been more women and people of color appointed to the bench. Currently, three of the nine justices are women, and three are people of color.

Another thing that I thought was very interesting about the supreme court is that Supreme Court Justices have lifetime appointments, which means they serve on the court until they die or choose to retire. This means that a single appointment to the Court can have long-lasting consequences for decades

The Video Changed the way I thought about the Supreme Court in a few different ways. I never really knew much about the Supreme Court or how it was run and what it had power over. It’s good that the video really brought to light about the Court my knowledge of the way our country is run. This has been beneficial to me in that way but it did not necessarily change the way I thought about the Supreme Court.

The concept of touchscreens as we know it today was first developed in the 1970s by a researcher named E.A. Johnson at the Royal Radar Establishment in the UK. He developed a touch-sensitive screen that could detect the position of a touch. In the early 1980s, the first touch-sensitive displays were developed for the computer industry. These early touchscreens were used for simple applications such as information kiosks and ATMs.

The problem that touchscreen technology aimed to solve was to provide a more user-friendly interface for computers. Touchscreens eliminated the need for a mouse or keyboard, making it easier for people to interact with computers. They also provided a more intuitive way of navigating and selecting items on a screen, which was important for users who were not familiar with traditional computer devices. Over the years, touchscreen technology has continued to evolve and is now used in a wide range of applications, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and many other consumer electronics.

Mobile Devices are a big one that was changed due to touchscreens. Touchscreens played a key role in the development of the modern smartphone and tablet. The ability to interact directly with the screen made these devices more user-friendly and intuitive to use. Improved Navigation, Touchscreens have made navigation of devices much easier and more intuitive. For example, swiping and tapping gestures have become the norm for scrolling and selecting items on a screen, Increased Productivity, and touchscreens have allowed people to work more efficiently by providing them with a faster and more direct way of interacting with their devices. Changed Communication, touchscreens have changed the way we communicate with each other. The introduction of smartphones and tablets with touchscreens made it easier for people to stay connected with friends and family. Instant messaging, video calls and social media are just a few examples of the ways that touchscreens have changed communication.

However, like any new technology, touchscreens have also had negative effects.
Increased Screen Time,
Touchscreens have contributed to an increase in the amount of time people spend looking at screens, which can lead to eye strain and headaches.
Addiction: The ease and accessibility of touchscreens have also led to an increased risk of addiction, particularly among children and teenagers. Decreased Physical Activity and touchscreens have made it easier for people to spend more time sitting and less time being physically active, which can have negative effects on health and wellness.

In conclusion, touchscreens have had a profound impact on our world and have changed the way we interact with computers and communicate with each other. While they have many positive benefits, it is important to use them in moderation and to be aware of their potential negative effects.

Post #1 Top 5 News Sources

Personally, I get my news from NBC's Snapchat story and different influencers on Instagram as well as new stations posting updates on Instagram, With social media, there is a ton of different ways that news can get to you. The most common way is that the user would go to one of their preferred news channel accounts and see what the recent posts that they are making are. Another way people get news on social media is the algorithm might show them posts that have current events within the content of the post. The user might not be looking for news when they go to open the app but sometimes they will get it anyway. I think this is a good thing that the algorithms do because it keeps people updated with current events even if they are not looking to do so.

When I am at home, my living room constantly has FOX news running, while I don't pay too much attention to the news my parents relay the most important things to me over the conversation. Fox is the main source of news for my family because both of my parents grew up in southern Virginia, which is where I grew up as well, and it is a very republican and business-oriented area so the majority of people and families that I know usually turn on FOX witch is the most republican news station.

My father's favorite thing to watch to keep up with the news that he most cares about is CNBC's "Mad Money" and "Squawk On The Street" with Jim Cramer. This is the news channel for all things money. It goes over everything that happen in the economy that day and how the

I would have to say that Twitter is the main source of news for me because I scroll through it and also follow certain news pages that post daily updates to keep their followers in the loop. Twitter is also a decently credible source for news because most of the stuff that is posted is coming directly from the news channels and not a third-party source

Google is also a good news source to use because it is updated constantly and always extremely relevant. You can go to third-party courses as well as news websites and most of the time is reliable to trust what is said on Google. especially the real websites.

Final Blog Post
